Can I use a car capsule 0-6 months on my pram if baby falls asleep in the car? Is it safe to attach the capsule to the pram and go shopping with baby still asleep?

Red Nose

Car capsules are an important car safety device, however they are not recommended for sleeping for long periods.

Red Nose recommends removing baby from car seat or capsule once the journey is over, even if it means waking the baby.

Car capsules may cause the baby’s neck to flex forward, which may create a reduced airflow through baby’s airways.
